Policy Files Cookies

  • The website does not collect automatically any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
  • Cookies are computer data, in particular text files which are stored in the terminal device of the Service User and are intended for the use of the websites of the service.
    Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storing them on a terminal device and a unique number.

  • Entity placing on the terminal device of the Service User's files cookies and gaining access to them is the operator of the website Hotel- Restaurant Staropolska with its registered office at ul. Lwowska 126  22-600 Tomaszow Lubelski.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    a) adaptation of web content to the Service User's preferences and to optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow you to recognize the Service User's device and properly display the web  page tailored to their  individual needs;
    b) the production of statistics which help to understand how the Service Users benefit from the web pages and allows them to improve their structure and content;
    c) the maintenance of the Service User's sessions( after logging in) so the Service User does not have to re-enter log in and password on every page of the service.

  • There are two basic types of cookies in the service: "session"(session cookies) and "fixed"(persistent cookies)."Session"cookies are temporary files which are stored in the terminal device of the Service User until the log out time , leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser)."Fixed" cookies are stored in the terminal device of the Service User for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until their removal by the Service User.

  • The following types of cookies are used in the service:
    a) "essential" cookies, enabling the use of the service available within the service, for example: authentic cookies used for the services that require authentication through the service,
    b) cookies used to ensure safety, ex.:used to detect fraud in the field of authentication through the service,
    c) "performance" cookies, allowing the collection of information about how to use the websites of the service,
    d) "functional" cookies, allowing to "remember" selected by the Service User settings and personalization of the User's interface, ex.:in terms of the language or the region from which the Service User comes from, the size of the display type, the appearance of the website etc.;
    e) "advertising" cookies, allowing to deliver to the Service User advertising content tailored to his interests.

  • In many cases, the software used to browse the web (browser) by default allows storage of cookies in the terminal device of the Service User. The Service Users can at any time change the settings of cookies. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of the cookies in the browser configuration or inform about them every time the Service User enters the device's service. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser).

  • Cookies can be stored in the terminal device of the Service User and then they can be used by cooperating with the operator of the service advertisers and partners.
